Audrey Jeanne Stedman

On September 26th 2015, Audrey Jeanne Stedman (Dow) went home to be with her Lord & Savior Jesus Christ. She was 82. Proceeded in death by Mother Alice Dow (Lehman) and father Earl Dow. She is survived by Son Tim Stedman, his wife Amy Stedman (Greenfelder), her beloved Grandaughter Abigail Stedman, Brother Ronald Dow, Sister Sharon Fick (Dow), 2 nieces and 4 nephews. Audrey graduated in 1951 from Jackson Highschool, was the 1951 Homecoming Queen and was an active member of the Jackson Alumni Association. Audrey was an animal lover, cats in particular however the last few years she had a beloved 3 legged Yorkie named Skippy who never left her side. An avid Bingo player and lifelong fan of the Cleveland Indians and Browns, Audrey also had a keen interest in motor sports having grown up going to races with her Father . Audrey was an extraordinary woman with a kind and gentle spirit who was loved by all that knew her. Always putting others before herself, she kept her wonderful sense of humor right up until her passing. Reflecting the joy of her Christian faith, she always had a smile, encouraging word and hug for all she met. Devoted Mother, Grammy, Sister and Friend, she will be dearly missed, but we celebrate her going home to glory. Calling hours will be 1pm-3pm Saturday Oct 3rd with memorial service at 3:15 at Apostolics Of Canton Church, 901 Dueber St SW. In leu of flowers, donations may be made in Audrey's name to Apostolics Of Canton Church.
