Audrey Frances Ricker

Audrey Frances Ricker, age 81 of Massillon, went home to be with the Lord on Saturday, November 10, 2018. Audrey was born on April 18, 1937 in Detroit, Michigan the daughter of the late Frank and Doris (Samp) Goldner. She worked for Attic Resale Shop and George Ann’s for many years. Audrey loved camping. She and her husband had a cabin at Salt Fork State Park. She was an exceptional cook, always cooking meals from scratch. Audrey loved spending time with her family, especially on the Holidays. She loved her grandchildren and great - grandchildren and attending their sporting events. She was an avid sports fan, especially the Cavs, Indians and Massillon Tigers. Audrey was a member of St. Theresa Catholic Church. Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Duane P. Ricker in 2017. She is survived by her children Mike (Vicki) Ricker, Todd (Kim) Ricker, Missy (John) Biehl, Dan (Marie) Ricker, and Randy Ricker; her grandchildren Kala (Jeremy) Triner, Brett Biehl, Chad Ricker, Danielle (Ryan) Hickey, Cory Ricker, Kelsey Ricker, Abby (Ian) Sanor, Lauren Ricker, and Kamarin Ricker; her great - grandchildren Bravin, Brycin, and Braydin Triner and Carson Hickey; her sister Mary Poulos; her brother Gary (Virginia) Goldner; and many nieces, nephews and friends. A Celebration of Audrey’s life will be held on Wednesday, November 14, 2018 at 11 a.m. at the Paquelet Funeral Home in Massillon. Interment will follow at Rose Hill Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends on Tuesday from 6 - 8 p.m. and one hour before the service on Wednesday. Donations may be made in Audrey’s memory to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
