Ashley Q. Schray, age 28 of Jackson Twp., passed away on Thursday. Our precious girl went home to be with Jesus. Ashley was born on April 12, 1978 in Akron to Dick and Cyndee Schray. She graduated from Jackson High School in 2000, following attending school at Southgate/M.R.D.D. Ashley had no fun at all playing baseball in the Miracle League. She loved her church family at Forty Corners Church of God. Ashley also enjoyed listening to music and taking family vacations. She was preceded in death by: Pop Pop Yost and her Grandma, Ella Schray She is survived by: mother, Cyndee Schray of Jackson Twp., father, Dick (Michele) Schray of Canton, grandmother, Natalie Swain of Jackson Twp., uncles, David Swain of Akron, Bob (Barbara) Schray of Stow, Roger (Wanda) Schray of Hartville, and aunt, Debbie (Jerry) Jacobs of Cuyahoga Falls, half – sister, Chastity Montgomery of Akron said Jesus, “So that the work of God might be displayed in her life.” Funeral services will be held on Monday, June 5, 2006 at 1:00 p.m. at Forty Corners Church of God. Calling hours will be held at the Paquelet Funeral Home in Massillon on Sunday from 5 – 8 p.m. and one hour prior to the service at the church on Monday. Rev. Scott Wellin will be, Officiating. Burial will follow at Rose Hill Memorial Gardens. Family suggests donations be made to Forty Corners Church of God/Ashley’s Gardens.
