Arthur Michael Bryson

Arthur Michael Bryson age 55 of Akron, Ohio passed away December 18, 2008. Michael was born May 20, 1953 in Canton to the late Louis and Juanita (Turner) Bryson and was raised in Massillon. He was a 1971 graduate of Washington High School and enjoyed the Tiger sports. He served six years in the Army including time in Korea. He was employed by the Laborers Local Union #395 in Akron and retired in 2003. Michael was a physical man who enjoyed exercise, nature and gardening. He was preceded in death by two sisters, one brother and a brother in law Thomas Ballentine. He is survived by his daughter and son-in-law; Candice and Scott Sharp’e. Sr., his grandson Scott Jr.; his sister Rita Ballentine of Massillon and a host of cousins, nieces, nephews and friends. Memorial service will be held on Saturday, December 27, 2008 at 2:00 P.M. at the Paquelet Funeral Home in Massillon. Interment will take place at a later date at Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery. Friends may call one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
