Anthony R. Marceric

Anthony R. "Pooch" Marceric, 72, moved on to a world without pain, on Thursday, November 15, 2012 following an extended illness. He was born in Massillon on June 20, 1940 to the late Ralph M. & Catherine (Tandarich) Marceric. Anthony was a graduate of Washington High School, Class of 1958. He had worked at the Stark County Jail and Tyson Roller Bearing (SKF). He was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church, Massillon, a Life Time member of Moose Lodge 481, Loyal Order of Moose, he also served on the trustee board, He was an avid Massillon Tiger Football fan holding season tickets since 1962, he loved his dogs and his family. He is survived by his wife, Sandra Skolmutch Marceric, whom he married on May 5, 1962, a daughter, Dana Marceric, two sons, David A. (Beth) Marceric, Timothy L. (Susan) Marceric all of Massillon, four grandchildren, Zachary Marceric and his fiancée Melissa Camarata, Brittany, Brandon, and Sydney Marceric, a brother John (Deborah) Marceric of Massillon, his beloved dog Lilly and several nieces, nephews and cousins. A Graveside service will be held on Saturday, November 24, 2012 at 10:00AM in Brookfield Cemetery, Fr. Raymond Paul, Officiating. Memorial donations may be made to St. Joseph Catholic Church.
