Anne D. Brediger

Anne D. Brediger, age 88 of Massillon passed away February 6, 2009 at Affinity Medical Center. Anne was born November 16, 1920 to the late Edward & Mary (Piesecka) Kozelek and has been a life long resident of Massillon. She retired from O’Neil Department Store at Belden Village. Anne was recognized as a volunteer with over 10,000 hours to her credit at Affinity Medical Center. She will be remembered for her generosity and warm caring heart. Her husband Leslie Brediger passed away in 1993 and five sisters and brothers: Leonard Kozelek, Rosalie Ash, Connie South, Delores Steiner & James Kozelek. Anne is survived by two sons and daughters in law: Douglas & Jane Brediger of Massillon and Jack & Monica Brediger of Roanoke, VA; her brothers, Dan (Maggie) Kozelek, Frank Kozelek and her sister, Marilyn Hodgson. She has five grandchildren: Scott Brediger, Elizabeth (Keith) Balizet, Abigail Brediger, Sam Brediger and Nicholas Brediger; and four great grandchildren; Luke, Beau, Ava and Mia. The funeral service will be 10AM Wednesday at the Paquelet Funeral Home in Massillon, Fr. Thomas Cebula will officiate. Burial will be at Union Lawn Cemetery in Navarre.
