October 19, 1944 — June 17, 2015

Anna M. Smith, 70 of Perry Township, went Home to be with the Lord on Wednesday, June 17, 2015. She was born in Julian, WV on October 19, 1944 and was the daughter of the late John Henry and Lavina (Smith) Chandler. Anna retired from the former Doctors Hospital where she worked in central supply. She was a member of Canton Baptist Temple. Along with her parents, Anna was preceded in death by her sister, Jeanette Chandler and her brother-in-law Billy J. Pauley. Sr. She is survived by her husband, Roger Lee Smith, Sr. whom she married on July 3, 1962, her daughter, Tena Zehnder and her husband Robert and her son, Roger L. Smith, Jr. and his companion Roger Pitre, her grandchildren, Scott (Kylie) Zehnder , Amanda Smith and her fiancé David Levering , Brandi Zehnder, Adam Smith and Joshua Pitre, her great grandchildren, Nicholas Manley, Jasmine Manley, Alaina Zehnder and Zoey Levering. Also surviving are her siblings, Dimple Pauley, Steve (Carolyn) Chandler, John Chandler and Daniel (Cindy) Chandler. A service to celebrate the life of Anna M. Smith will take place on Saturday at 1:00 p.m. at the Paquelet & Arnold-Lynch Funeral Home with Pastor Delaney Young officiating. Burial will follow at North Lawn Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Saturday from 11:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. Paquelet & Arnold-Lynch Funeral Home & Crematory 330-833-4839
