Anna E. Green

Anna E. Green, age 93 of Massillon, died Sunday, August 3, 2008 at Meadow Wind health Care Center. She was born on April 28, 1915 in Martins Ferry, OH and was the daughter of the late William E. & Nellie (Garrison) Good (Hoff). She was an area resident since 1954. She was a member of Epworth United Methodist Church, the Daughters of America and Chapter 32 of the Women of the Moose. Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Charles E. Green, Sr., her infant son Charles E. Green, Jr., 3 sisters and 2 brothers. She is survived by her daughter Nola J. Norton of North Canton, her grandchildren, Valarie (Toby) Franks, Ted (Anna) Burwell and their 3 children, Clifford, Curtis and Craig Burwell, the John C. Hynes family including, Janet, Gail, Debbie, Linda, Jackie & Cathy, Diana Holubeck and the Alvin Hoff family. A private graveside service will take place on Wednesday at 1:00 P.M. with Rev. Lee Peters officiating. There are no calling hours. Contributions may be made to assist the family with expenses.
