Ann S. Trinkle

Ann Stuart Trinkle, 97, of North Canton, passed away on April 26, 2018 with her children by her side. She was born on March 11, 1921 in Martinsburg, West Virginia to the late Allen S. and Georgia E. (Offenbacker) Miller. During her childhood, Ann was raised by her mother Georgia and Dr. Lloyd J.R. Rich who loved her as his own. One of Ann’s greatest passions in life, next to being a mother, was swimming. She was a swim instructor in Youngstown and taught synchronized swimming, swim lessons and volunteered at various pools as the lead instructor. She will be deeply missed by her daughter Suzann Vega and her son Dr. G. Curtis (Christine Casciano) Dailey; grandchildren Henry F. Vega III, Renee (Tom VanMeter) Dailey and Dr. Curtis W. (Sara) Dailey; great-grandchildren Nikolai Dailey, Lydia Bryan, Charlie Dailey, Caroline Dailey and Thomas Dailey. In addition to her parents, Ann was preceded in death by her former husband George Dailey and daughter-in-law Marianne Dailey. A memorial service for Ann will be held Saturday, April 28, 2018 at 1 p.m. at the Paquelet Funeral Home in Massillon with Rev. Gary Smith officiating.
