Ann L. Weaver, 89, of Massillon, passed away on Thursday, March 17, 2022, at her residence. Ann was born on November 27, 1932, in Massillon, the daughter of the late Oscar and Isabelle (Mang) Baker. She was a lifelong resident of Massillon and a 1950 graduate of Washington High School. She retired from Eaton Corporation after 42 ½ years of service. Ann enjoyed attending auctions, working in the yard, canning vegetables from her garden, boating, and water skiing in her younger years. She also made the best meatloaf sandwiches and loved sharing her recipes with many people. She was a member of St. Barbara Catholic Church. Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Dwight S. Weaver in 2016, brothers, Clarence “Bud”, Francis “Red”, Robert “Bob’ and Don Baker, and her sister, Helen Kerrigan. She is survived by her nieces and nephews, JoAnne (Loren) Easterday, Kathleen (James) Kerrigan-Barnard, Debra Blough, Lori (Jeff) Daley, Greg Baker, Todd (Karen) Baker, Heather Consalone, and Ashley (Erik) Zink; and her sister-in-law, Marie Baker. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Thursday, March 24, 2022, at 10:30 a.m. at St. Barbara Catholic Church. Very Rev. Canon Fr. Matthew Mankowski and Fr. Brian Cline Concelebrating. Burial will follow at Brookfield Cemetery.
