Beloved flesh of my flesh, Amber R. Dunbar, 31, passed away suddenly on Monday, March 14, 2011 where she made home in Savannah, Georgia. Formerly of Navarre/Perry area, Amber came into our lives on a wintry morning on January 17, 1980. She grew into the most heart-giving, hard-loving, witty, beautiful daughter, granddaughter, sister, mother, woman and friend. Amber is survived and insurmountably grieved by her cherished daughter, Ivy Randles of Georgia; sadly sullen mother, Melanie and stand-in-father, Ron Shine; heartbroken sister, Katie (Thorley) & Andy Harter; her loving and selfless grandmother, Shirley Dunbar; kindest uncle, Nile & Beth; cousins, Cody & Casey Dunbar; caring god-mother, Jane Schaffer; thoughtful step-sisters, Jennifer & Jason Darrah, Cari & Matt Huscusson; step nieces & nephews, Justin, Jamie Darrah and Cole Lutz; undoubtedly missed by great aunts, uncles and cousins the Thorley family of Canton, Ben and Beng Hegenderfer of Tusc, Arizona; best friend, Ray of Georgia and many others who came into and out of her life’s’ journey. Family and friends will gather at the Paquelet Funeral Home in Massillon on Monday at 1 PM for a Home Going Service. Friends may call Sunday from 4-7 PM at the funeral home. Burial will be at Union Lawn Cemetery. Messages of support and sympathy can be sent to the family at www.paquelet.com. Paquelet Massillon A Golden Rule Funeral Home (330)833-3222
