Alvin R. Mcdougal

Alvin R. McDougal, 63 of Massillon, died on Saturday, June 27, 2009 at Affinity Medical Center. He was born on September 22, 1945 in Massillon and was the son of the late Evelyn Lucille McDougal. He retired from Cameo Music. He was well known in Massillon and leaves behind many, many wonderful friends. He was a member of the V.F.W. Post 2134 and the Loyal Order of the Moose, # 481. Along with his mother, he was preceded in death by his wife Nina Pierce. He is survived by his sisters, Cora (Jerry) Walker of New Philadelphia, Robin (Kenny) Stemple and Debra (Leonard) Stemple both of Munroe Falls, Ohio, his nieces, Edwina (Henry) Miller. Barbara (Brian) Boone and Melissa Abshire, his great nieces, Angelina and Mary Miller, Briana Boone and Kaitlin Abshire and his great nephew Brian Boone. The family will receive friends on Tuesday at the Paquelet Funeral Home, 1100 Wales Road NE from 2-4 & 6-8 P.M. Cremation will follow.
