Allen G. Pierre, Jr.

Allen G. Pierre, Jr., 87, of Massillon, passed away on Wednesday, March 30, 2022. Allen was born on January 3, 1935, in Louisiana, the son of Allen and Ida Pierre, Sr. He worked for Republic Steel and Walmart. Allen was a United States Army veteran. Along with his parents, he was preceded in death by his sisters, Cherrie M. Benjamin and Emmalou Sylvian, brothers, Wayne H. Pierre and Francis Benjamin, Sr., and his nephew Ivory Benjamin. He is survived by his nephew, Francis Benjamin, Jr. and special friends Yvonne Daniels, and Bonnie Longshore. Friends may gather at Paquelet Funeral Home on Monday, April 11, 2022, from 11 a.m. – 12 p.m. A graveside service will be held at Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery at 1 p.m. on Monday.
