Aleksandar Istocki

Aleksandar Istocki, 78, of Jackson Twp., Ohio passed away Thursday morning January 22, 2009 at Aultman Hospital. He was born in Macedonia the son of the late Gone and Vasa (Bogoevska) Istocki. Aleksandar retired from Superior Brand Meats in Massillon, and was owner/operator of Europe Restaurant in Perry Twp. He was a member of St. Nikola Macedonian Orthodox Church. He is survived by his wife of 54 years Ruza (Gerasovska); son George (Mary) Istocki of Stow, OH; daughter Nada (Vlade) Alabakobski; 5 grandchildren; 2 great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents and brother Nikola Istocki. Calling hours will be Monday from 6-8 P.M. at Paquelet Funeral Home 1100 Wales Rd. NE, Massillon. Funeral services will be held Tuesday at 11:00 A.M. at St. Nikola Macedonian Orthodox Church. Burial will follow at Forest Hills Cemetery.
