Agnes T. Aman

Agnes T. Aman, age 89 of Massillon, died on Wednesday, September 3, 2008 at Amherst Meadows. She was born on August 30, 1919 in Massillon and was the daughter of the late Peter & Stella (Nist) Burger. She was a lifelong area resident. She was a devoted mother and grandmother. She was a member of St. Mary’s Catholic Church. Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Russell F. Aman, her son Ronald Aman, her granddaughter Jamie Rohr, her brothers, Raymond, Robert, Martin, LaVerne and Donald Burger and her sisters Lucille Burger and Mary Glutting. She is survived by her children, Joan Frank of North Canton, Mary Lou (Bud) Rohr of Massillon, Larry Aman of Florida, David Aman of Massillon, Susan Aman of Massillon and Betty Ann Aman of North Canton. Also surviving are 10 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren and her sister Helen Wheele of Massillon. A Mass of Christian Burial will take place on Saturday at 9:30 A.M. at St. Mary’s Catholic Church. Burial will follow in the parish cemetery.
