Adam R. Siemienski, age 72 of Canal Fulton, passed away May 1, 2012 at his home after a courageous battle with cancer. Born in 1940, in Philadelphia, PA., he graduated with honors from Edison High School in 1958. He then attended the University of Pennsylvania on scholarship before joining the US Air Force from 1962 to 1966. Adam later graduated from the University of Akron with a B.A. in mathematics, and later a Masters in Business from Kent State University. His favorite hobbies were bowling, golfing, watching movies, and listening to music. He will be deeply missed by his wife, Marilyn, his children, Donna (Tim) May, Richard (Connie), Adam (Heather), Karen (Edward) Booth, and Amy (Matt) Schrolucke, his twelve grandchildren, brother John and sisters Rita, Ginny, and Debbie. A Requiem High Mass will be May 8, 2012 at Immaculate Heart of Mary Chapel, (2935 Chenoweth Rd, Akron, OH), Fr. Leo Carley will officiate. Burial will be at Western Reserve National Cemetery.
