Vicki L. Parr

Vicki Lynn Parr, 63, passed away on August 1, 2020, following an extended illness. She was born in Massillon on May 7, 1957. Vicki was a Pharmacy Tech at Marc’s and a graduate of Canton South, Class of 1974 and Stark State. She loved, unicorns, sun flowers, Rocky & Bull Winkle, she collected Beanie Babies and Barbie Dolls. She loved all animals and her Momma too. She is survived by her companion, Thomas Fellabom, children, Crystal Dexter, Tammi Dexter and Terry Dexter; mother, Betty (Smith) Fisher; eleven grandchildren, brother, Todd (Tammi) Fisher; a sister, Cindy Horne; and her dogs, Lucy and Harley. She was preceded in death by her father, Wayne Fisher; and a brother, John Fisher. Friends and family will gather at the Paquelet Funeral Home on Saturday, August 29, 2020 from 10am-11am with a Celebration of Vicki’s Life to be held at 11am in the funeral home, Joseph Stephani, officiating.
