Tom Robinson, age 85, of Massillon; passed away on July 30, 2017. He was born on June 26, 1932 to the late Irvin “Chick” and Carrie Robinson in Massillon, Ohio. He was a 1950 graduate of Washington High School. He married Elaine Phillis Wolfe on February 23, 1954 and they shared 63 years together. He owned Tom Robinson Builder and worked as a Carpenter and General Contractor until his retirement. He enjoyed woodworking, fishing and spending time at Piedmont Lake. He was a kind and loving person and was always there to lend a helping hand whenever needed. Tom is survived by his loving and beautiful wife; his sons David (Jill) Robinson and Robert (Karen) Robinson; his grandchildren Sarah (Zach), Brian, Jessie, and Danny; his brother Jack (Elaine V.) Robinson and many caring nieces, nephews and friends. He was preceded in death by his daughter Jody Kay Robinson; his brother Paul and his sisters Betty, and Mary. Private services were being held by the family. Donations in Tom’s memory can be made to the Tuslaw Lion’s Club. Elaine and the family would like to thank everyone for their prayers, kindness and support during these difficult days.
