Shirley M. Sampsel

Shirley M. Sampsel, 64, of Massillon, passed away peacefully at home surrounded by her family on October 25, 2022.

She was born on August 18, 1958 to the late Willard and Alberta (Lipscomb) Roe in Canal Fulton, OH.

She was a loving caring mother, sister, and aunt. She enjoyed driving through the country on deer rides and looking at other wildlife. She loved all animals and also enjoyed tending to her flowers and home.

Shirley is survived by her loving son, Michael (Cierra & Zayne Kelley) Sampsel; siblings, Dorothy Gump, Ruth Powers, Deb Gray, Sam Roe and Dave Roe; nieces and nephews, Brenda, Ericka, Marenda, Brooklynn, Kingston, Kamryn, Trevor, Everly, Samantha, Stacy and many, many others.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her loving husband, Terry Sampsel and other family members.

The Family will host a gathering at 1436 Tremont Ave SW, Massillon 44647 at 2pm on Sunday, November 6, 2022.

A benefit will be held at a later date.
