Richard "Rick" A. Stevens

Richard A. Stevens, 69, of Navarre, passed away January 10, 2023. He was born in Massillon, on November 25, 1953, to the late Harry and Margaret (Ricosky) Stevens.

Rick served his country in the United States Marine Corps for six years and was very proud to be a marine. OORAH!

The best way to describe Rick was “Life of the Party”. He really enjoyed hosting family and friends for cookouts, football games or any occasion that he could throw a party for. Rick also enjoyed listening to country music, oldies and spending time in his garage working on cars.

Rick was a jack-of-all trades and was a very hard-worker. Although he had several side jobs, Rick was very loyal to his jobs as a truck driver and fork-lift operator.

In his earlier years, he loved hunting deer, squirrel, and rabbit which he looked forward to every hunting season.

Rick will be deeply missed by his loving wife of over 20 years, Molly (Harless) Stevens; children Rachelle Risher, Mandy Stevens, Joshua Stevens, Shela Stevens and Lakota Stevens; 5 grandchildren; numerous great-grandchildren; brother Mark Surban; and many nieces and nephews.

In addition to his parents, Rick was preceded in death by his daughter Amy Stevens and siblings, Chris, Jenny and Kitty.
