Paula K. Ream

September 4, 1953 — March 27, 2023

Paula K. Ream, 69, of Massillon, passed away Monday, March 27, 2023. She was born on September 4, 1953, in Massillon to the late Paul and Caroline (Show) Martin.

Paula was a 1971 graduate of Tuslaw High School, but she was a longtime season ticket holder of the Massillon Tigers and proudly cheered them on every Friday night.

In addition to teaching swimming, Paula also devoted much of her time to helping those in the MRDD community and group homes where she was well-loved.

Even though Paula worked numerous jobs, she always made sure to find time for her church family. She was a lifelong member at Grace United Church of Christ where was she was passionately involved in many positions there.

Her compassion, fierce independence, and a love for all animals are traits her family will remember most.

Paula is survived by her loving son, Paul Ream; sisters, Lin Santilli (Martin), Sheila (John) Martin; nieces, Sarah Johnson and Melissa Delgado and Nephew, Keith Williams.

The family will receive friends on Friday, March 31st from 5-7 p.m. A private inurnment will take place at a later date.
