Naomi Frances Randles

Naomi Frances Randles, age 86 of Massillon, passed away on Monday, September 2, 2013. She was born on March 24, 1927 in Spencer, WV and was the daughter of the late Raymond and Sybil (Huffman) Cottrell. She was a member of Anchor Baptist Church and was a member of the Delta Chapter No. 539 Order of the Eastern Star in Canton. Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by her daughter, Ruth Michelle Hoyman, her sisters, Rosalea Starcher, June Henslee and Martha Church and her brothers, Bob, Ray and Benjamin Cottrell. She is survived by her daughters, Anne Rose (Mike) Herman and Juanita "Sue" (Kenny) Walkup her grandchildren, Kenny (Michelle) Walkup, Jr., James (Ginger) Herzog and Angela (Tim) Yoder her great grandchildren, Tyler (Brittany), Austin, Dylan, Jordan, Sammy and T.J., one great great grandchild, Grayson, her sister, Irene Winter and her brother Ralph Cotrell. Also surviving are her companion Gordon Lewis and good friend Julie Wilson. Funeral services will take place on Friday at 11:00 A.M. at the Paquelet & Arnold-Lynch Funeral Home with her grandson, Kenny Walkup, Jr. officiating. Burial will follow at Sixteen Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Friday from 10-11 A.M. The Eastern Star will have a service at 9:45 A.M. on Friday.
