Mary "Margaret Woods

Mary M. "Margaret" Woods, age 65 of Massillon, Ohio, passed away suddenly on Tuesday, February 5, 2013. She was born in Lexington Park, Maryland on February 18, 1947 and was the daughter of Henry and Theresa (Briscoe) Carter who preceded her in death. Margaret was a member of Shiloh Baptist Church and was past president of the usher board, serving for over 20 years. Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Robert J. "Tiny" Woods, Sr., her sons, Robert J. "Tiny" Woods, Jr. and Ross Eugene Woods, her brother William Henry Carter and her grandparents, Charles and Mary Carter. She leave to cherish her memory, her children and their spouse, Rita (Mike) Vincent, Frances (Tony) Mitchell, Eric (Miranda) Woods, Derrick (Kellie) Woods and Fredrick "Tuffy" (Shamaya) Woods. Also surviving are her sister Queenie (George) Fenwick and brother Robert (Arlene) Carter, her grandchildren, Angela Fraser, Shaquille Woods, Anthony Mitchell, Jr., Christian Mitchell, Derrick Woods, Kyra Woods, Davon Woods, Jaiden Woods, Leah Woods, Jalin Stinson, Shamarlin Stinson and Jelinda Stinson, her aunt Frances Briscoe, special cousin Corrine Armstrong, 3 nieces, 4 nephews, a host of cousins and special friends, Roy Williams, Ethel Copeland and Eddie Williams. Funeral services will take place on Friday, February 15th at 1:00 P.M. at Shiloh Baptist Church with Rev. Anthony Robinson officiating. Burial will follow at Oakwood Cemetery.
