Mary Louise Loretto

Mary Louise Loretto, age 87, passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday, December 24, 2014 at Providence Hospital in Los Angeles, California. She was born on May 3, 1927 in Cleveland to the late John and Helen (Gedeon) Yurchenko. She married Joseph Paul Loretto Sr. on March 9, 1946, and they spent 67 wonderful years together. Mary Lou worked at Nickles Bakery for a short time and volunteered many hours in St. Clement's Parish Hall. She spent the majority of her adult years as a housewife, always caring for her husband, son, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. Mary Lou enjoyed cooking and baking. Mary Lou is survived by her grandchildren, Jennifer (Bill) Loretto, Kimberly (Antoine) Loretto-Carter, and Amy Loretto; and great-grandchildren Taylor Butler, Austin Gerber, Mercedes Carter, Shay Siburt, Israel Carter, Aiden Bradley and Landon Carter. Mary Lou was preceded in death by her parents, husband, and son, Joseph Paul Loretto Jr. A graveside service will be held at East Union Lawn Cemetery in Navarre on July 11th at 11:00AM.
