Mary Lou Warrick

Mary Lou Warrick age 78 of Massillon passed away Saturday July 28, 2007 at Amherst Meadows Care Center. Mary Lou was born August 9, 1928 in Batesville, OH to the late James &Bertha (Giesey) Deal. In the late 50s Mary Lou and her husband Gerald moved to Massillon for employment. For a brief time, Mary Lou worked at the former Perry Rubber and then remained a homemaker. Her family enjoyed the baked goods she prepared and the time spent with her grandchildren. In addition to her parents, two brothers preceded her in death; James & Charles Deal. She is survived by her husband of 59 years, Gerald S. Warrick; two daughters and sons in law, Kathy & Jim Myers and Karla & Jimmy Staaf all of Massillon. Four grandchildren; Melinda Roth, Erica Latham, Maranda Myers and Malissa Myers, and ten great grandchildren. Funeral service will be 10:30 Thursday at the Paquelet Funeral Home in Massillon. At 1 PM there will be a graveside service at the Batesville Cemetery in Batesville, OH. Friends may call Thursday from 9:30 until the service at the funeral home in Massillon. The family would like to give special recognition to the staff of Amherst Meadows for the care and feelings they shared with Mary Lou and her family.
