Mary Jane Moushey

Mary Jane Moushey, 92, formerly of North Canton, passed away peacefully on Thursday, February 19, 2015. She was born on January 17, 1923 in Alliance to the late Leonard and Minnie (Niederheiser) Bettis. She is also preceded in death by her husband, John L. Moushey; and siblings, Merle Bettis and Claribel Tinus. Jane was a member of St. Paul's Catholic Church and St. John's Altar Society. She is survived by her two daughters, Barbara (Charles) Hill and Marilyn (James) Lyon all of Jackson Twp.; three grandchildren, Julie Ross, John (Karen) Bednar and Jodi (Tom) Flory; four great-grandchildren; and one great-great-granddaughter. Friends and family may call on Tuesday, February 24, 2015 from 11:30AM – 1:00PM at St. Michael's Catholic Church, where a Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated by Fr. Craig McHenry at 1:00PM. Burial will follow in Calvary Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to St. Michael's Catholic Church.
