Kenneth Lynn Damis

Kenneth Lynn Damis, 68, of Perry Township, passed away unexpectedly on Saturday, July 16, 2022. Kenny was born on July 27, 1953, in Canton, Ohio, the son of the late “Famous” Gus Damis and Josephine (Jellel) Damis. He is survived by his wife Bonnie (Giarrana) Damis whom he shared 39 loving years of marriage; daughter Kristina Reynolds (Garrett); daughter Chelsy Evans (Greg) and their children Blake and Sydney; daughter Courtney Reynolds (Bryan) and their children Jacob, Josie, and Madison. Also survived by his brother, Gary Damis (Pam), and many beloved brother and sisters-in-law, nieces, and nephews. Kenny graduated from Lehman High School in 1971. He had a lifelong career as a car salesman, spending the last 19 years at Cain Toyota. Captain Kenny was an avid sailor at Atwood Lake. He enjoyed hiking, camping, cycling, John Deere tractor rides, and walking his dog Rusty. Kenny loved attending sporting events for his daughters and grandchildren, and spending quality time with his family and friends sharing memories and laughs around the bonfire. He is greatly loved and will be sorely missed by all. The family will receive friends on Thursday, July 21, 2022, from 5-8 pm at the Paquelet Funeral Home 1100 Wales Rd NE, Massillon, OH 44646.
