Kathleen E. Weber, "the bell lady", age 92 of Canton, died on Wednesday, January 23, 2013 at her home. She was born on June 12, 1920 in Massillon and was the daughter of the late Harmon and Edna (Fisher) Richardson. She was a founding member of the Ohio Arts and Crafts Guild and participated in all of the major local arts and crafts shows for many years. She was also a member of the Gwyenett Welsh Club. Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Robert J. Weber, Sr., her son Robert J. Weber, Jr. and her step mother Emma. She is survived by her son, Alan H. (Polly) Weber, her daughter, Cheryl K. (Dennis) Rihn, 5 grandchildren, Kelly, Karri, Shaun, Zackery and Andrew, 1 great grandchild, Austin. Also surviving are her brother, Darian (Becky) Richardson, her niece Anna and her stepbrother Karl (Carolyn) Ney. Funeral services will take place on Monday at 1:30 P.M. at the Paquelet & Arnold-Lynch Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Massillon Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Sunday from 2-4 P.M. and on Monday one hour before the service.
