Karen Moreland

Karen Moreland, age 72 of Canton, passed away on December 19, 2020 in Massillon. Karen was born on March 13, 1948 in Massillon to Leonard and Martha (Hartley) Kelley. She graduated from Washington High School and worked as a nurse’s aid for many years. She was a member of Canton Baptist Temple and enjoyed watching wrestling, doing crafts, playing bingo, and spending time with her grandchildren. She loved helping others. Karen is preceded in death by her parents and husband, Robert Lee Price. She is survived by her children, Allison (Patrick) Porter, Wesley (Tonya) Price, Melissa Wilson, and Angela Price, eight grandchildren, three great grandchildren, siblings, Larry (Sheila) Kelley, Robert (Linda) Kelley, and Kathy Cooksey, and a host of nieces, nephews, and cousins. Friends and family may come to call on Wednesday, December 23, 2020 from 12-1 p.m. at Paquelet Funeral Home. Services will follow at 1 p.m. Burial to take place at Massillon Cemetery. Continuing with COVID-19 precautions, all attending will be asked to follow proper social distancing protocol and masks are required.
