Karen E. Rodocker, 80, of Massillon, passed away on Saturday, January 6, 2024 in Plant City , Florida. Karen was born on December 6, 1943 in Massillon, Ohio the daughter of the late Clarence and Betty Knouff.
Karen enjoyed sewing, reading, and planting flowers in her flower gardens. She loved making crafts and selling them at local craft fairs. She was also an avid Massillon Tiger fan. Karen was very devoted as a house wife. She enjoyed her time as a volunteer for Dream League where she managed the concession stand. She was also a lifelong member of Church of God.
She is survived by her husband, Richard W. Rodocker with whom she shared 60 years of marriage; daughters, Kim (Mark) Gerlich, and Kelly (Scott) Wellin; sister, Susan (Craig) Angerman; brother, David Knouff; grandchildren, Cameron Gerlich, Leah (Austin) Woodington, Amy (Alex) Horn, and Katie (Kellen) Roth; 4 great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
A Celebration of Karen's life will be held on Wednesday, January 17, 2024 at 11 am at Forty Corner's Church of God: 3474 Beaumont Avenue NW, Massillon, OH 44647. Her son-in-law, Rev. Scott Wellin will be officiating. Private burial for immediate family will follow at Sunset Hills Burial Park. Calling hours will be held from 10-11 am at the church prior to the service. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Forty Corner's Church of God.
