Juanita Mae Wallenhurst

Juanita Mae (Bucklew) Wallenhurst age 88 of Jackson Twp. passed away Saturday April 26, 2008 at Rose Lane Health Care Center. Juanita was born March 9, 1920 in Coshocton, OH to the late Ira & Jennie (Gallion) Bucklew and was a 1938 graduate of Washington High School. She spent most of her life in the Akron and Massillon areas and retired in 1979 from the Hoover Company. Juanita was a member of the Elms & Hoover Co. Golf Leagues. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Henry C. Wallenhurst (1990); a brother, Virgil Bucklew; two grandchildren, the twins, Jon and Jen Hill. She is survived by five children and spouses, Dave and Patti Wallenhurst DVD, Doug and Pam Wallenhurst, Daniel and Cindy Wallenhurst, Jan Wallenhurst, and Jane and Duke Nelson; 16 grandchildren; 15 great grandchildren; a sister, Betty Durinsky; and a brother, Leland (Hadia) Bucklew. Her funeral service will be 10 a.m. Tuesday at the Paquelet Funeral Home in Massillon. A long time friend, Rev. Mick Robinson, will officiate. Burial will follow at Sunset Hills Burial Park. Friends may call Monday from 6-8 p.m. at the funeral home.
