Jeffery Paul Jones Jr.

Jeffery Paul Jones Jr., 33, passed away on August 21, 2021. He was born in Canton on January 20, 1988 to Jeffery Paul and Lynette (Green) Jones, both survive. Jeffery was a 2006 graduate of Washington High School and was self-employed in the construction trades. In addition to his parents, he is survived by his companion, LaQuita Knight; his children, Aamir Jones, Zyairrah Jones, Zanilah Jones and Zae-ono Jones; brothers, Lamar Green, Miles Jones and Sterling Jones; and grandmothers, Edna Jones and Phyllis Green. He was preceded in death by his grandfathers, Joe Jones Sr. and William Green; and uncle, Joe Jones III. The family will receive friends at the Paquelet Funeral Home on Friday, August 27, 2021 from 9am-11am with a Home Going Celebration to be held at 11am. Pastor Hubert Carpenter, officiating.
