James J. Allman

James J. Allman, age 75, of Massillon passed away Friday, February 9, 2007. He was born in Massillon on July 9, 1931 to the late Fred & Mary (Langenfeld) Allman. After high school James joined the Navy where he served in the Korean Conflict. James retired in 1995 from TLT Babcock as a graphic supervisor. He was a member of St. Barbara's Catholic Church. He is preceded in death by his parents, brother; Fred Allman & his niece Patricia (Allman) Kuhn. Survived by Wife Florence (Johnson) Allman of Massillon 1 son James & Lisa Allman of Canton 3 daughters Karen & Randy Davis of Dalton Marianne & Dave DiCicco of Canton Beth & John Orner of Massillon 1 brother Paul Allman of Massillon 2 sisters Rita & Andy Halco of Massillon Rose Shapuite of Massillon Grandchildren Sarah, Pat & Scott Allman Katie, Megan & Mallory Davis Dan, Tony & Joey DiCicco Johnny & Jacob Orner A Mass of Christian Burial will take place on Wednesday at 10 A.M. at St. Barbara Catholic Church. Friends may call from 6 - 8 P.M. at the Paquelet Funeral Home on Tuesday evening. Interment will take place at Brookfield Cemetery.
