Helen Grace Trump

Helen G. (Marker) Trump, age 87, of Canton, passed away on March 29, 2017. She was born on March 25, 1930 to the late Arthur and Grace (Peter) Marker. She was a 1948 graduate Timken Vocational High School. She met and married, Floyd Jarvis Trump, who was the love of her life on March 25, 1949 and they celebrated 68 wonderful years together this past Saturday. Helen was a lifelong member of Simpson United Methodist Church and greatly enjoyed her card club, Tirosis club and Mid-90's Jackson High School and Walsh University sports. She was a social butterfly, who loved a good conversation and a hot cup of coffee. She will be greatly missed by her family and all of those who loved her. She leaves to cherish her memory her husband Floyd; her daughters Grace Ann (James) Sakel and Diane (Greg) Zupp; her grandchildren Kristofer (Maureen) Zupp, Jason (Laura) Zupp, James (Stephanie) Sakel Jr. and Jeremy (Katie) Sakel; her great-grandchildren Elizabeth, Erin, Anna and Ryan Zupp and Isabella Sakel, as well as a host of family and friends. A Celebration of her life will be held on Monday, April 03, 2017 at 1p.m. at the Simpson United Methodist Church at 4900 Middlebranch Avenuen N.E., Canton, OH 44705. Dr. Ivy Smith and Jeff Trump officiating. The family will receive friends from 11a.m. until the time of the service. Burial will take place at Northlawn Cemetery. A special "Thank You" to the "Hands On" Staff at The Landing of Canton and Crossroads Hospice.
