Frances "Franny" Grisez

Frances "Franny" Grisez, age 80 passed away on August 26, 2015. She was born in Canton on June 13, 1935 to the late Henry and Kathleen (Turgovich) Pauline. She married Thomas Grisez in 1977 and they shared 22 years until his passing in 1999. Fran worked as a Librarian for St. Barbara's and St. Joseph's Schools. She also had her own business "Unique Stitches". Fran was a long time parishioner at St. Joseph's in Massillon. She enjoyed needle point and was active in several Needlepoint Guilds in the area. Fran is survived by her children Edward (Keely) DiLoreto, Vincent (Mary) DiLoreto, Toni Marie DiLoreto Wilhelm, Michael DiLoreto and Daniel (Julie) DiLoreto; 6 step-children, 27 grandchildren, 4 great-grandchildren; and 2 brothers John and Ed Pauline. In addition to her parents and husband she was preceded in death by her sisters Helen, Marge and Ann. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10 am on Saturday, August 29 at. St. Joseph's Catholic Church in Massillon. Father Raymond Paul will be officiating. The family will receive friends at the Paquelet Funeral Home on Friday, August 28, 2015 from 6 to 8 pm.
