Ellen Paxton

Ellen R. Paxton, age 70, of Navarre passed away Sunday, November 21, 2010 at Affinity Medical Center. She was born January 25, 1940 in Morgantown, WV. Ellen was a volunteer at Affinity Medical Center for 40 years. She was also a member of the Massillon Senior Center. On October 12, 1961 Ellen married Melvin Paxton and he survives. Also surviving is a niece Linda (Don) Baltzer of Navarre, and great-nephew Douglas Baltzer and family of Massillon. She also leaves behind many special friends and neighbors. She was preceded in death by her mother Erma (Elza) Boda. There will be no visitation and cremation has taken place. A graveside service will be held on Friday at 11:00 A.M. at Calvary Cemetery. In lieu of flowers memorial donations in Ellen’s memory may be made to the donor’s choice. Paquelet Funeral Home 1100 Wales Rd. NE is assisting the family with arrangements.
