Edward Dozier

Edward Dozier age 69 of Canton passed away April 4, 2007. Ed was born June 10, 1937 in Uniontown, PA to the late Frank & Nettie Mae (Clark) Dozier. He lived most of his life in the Alliance-Canton area. Ed retired from American Steel Foundry after 25 years. His memory will be cherished by his wife Erma (Monroe) Dozier of the residence. Ten children and their families: Gary Lynn (Tiffany) Dozier, Melvin (Allisa Pryor) Williams Jr., Amos Williams, Edward (Tonya) Dozier Jr., Emon N. Dozier, Darlene M (Douglas) Pledgure, Jeanine M. (Wayne) Waters, Melva M. (Roscoe) Leslie, Lisa M. Williams, and Brittany L. Bell. In addition there is a sister and two brothers. There are numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and other relatives. A celebration and sharing of Mr. Dozier’s life service will be at Noon Thursday at Deliverance Christian Church in Canton, Rev. Warren P. Chavers will officiate.
