Donald Saunier

Donald D. Saunier, age 81, passed away on May 27, 2016 following an extended illness. He was born in Louisville on June 28, 1934 to the late Bernard and Erma (Stertzbach) Saunier. Donald retired from Lease Way Corp. He owned Saunier Racing , A Super Modified Race Team and a Hoosier Racing Tire Distributer. He is survived by his wife, Loretta G. "Cook" (Lehmiller) Saunier; two sons, Douglas D. (Elvira "Bambi") Saunier and Terry L. (Jackie) Saunier; five grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and two brothers, Richard Saunier and Bill Saunier. He is also preceded in death by two brothers, Gene Saunier and Tommy Saunier. Friends may gather at the Paquelet & Arnold-Lynch Funeral Home on Wednesday, June 1, 2016 from 3:00pm - 4:00pm with a memorial service to be held at 4:00pm, Dr. Clifford Price, officiating.
