Cynthia Nutter

Cynthia Nutter, 68, passed away on Thursday, December 15, 2022. She was born on March 20, 1954, to Dale and Clara (Peters) Rohr in Massillon, Ohio.

Cynthia was a loving and caring member of her community. As a member of RiverTree Church in Massillon, she loved attending Sunday worship and small group. As a supporter of the Salvation Army, she believed in the power and impact of community organizations.

Cynthia was a beloved member of a large, loving family, all of whom will miss her dearly. She is survived by her children Amy (Don) Burkett, Frank (Amber) Burkett, Eric (Misty) Nutter, and Jackie (Jamie) Soles; her grandchildren, Abby, Ellie, Kaden, David, Madeline, Carter, Cheyenne, Dakota, Madison, Angel, and Dustin; her great-grandchildren, Oliver, Stacey, and Isabella; her 9 brothers and sisters; her father Dale Rohr, and a large number of extended family members.

She was preceded in death by her loving husband Ray Nutter, and her mother Clara (Peters) Rohr.

Cynthia’s services will be held at RiverTree Massillon, 1600 Main Ave W. Massillon, OH 44647 on Thursday, December 22, 2022. The family will receive friends from 9:00am to 11:00am with a memorial service directly following at 11:00am with Pastor Jeremy Redman, officiating.

Inurnment will take place at Ohio Western Reserve Cemetery where she will be reunited with her husband, Ray.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Salvation Army or RiverTree Massillon Church.
