Christine Ann Hutton

Christine Ann (Schoonover) Salla Gray Hutton Age 69 Christine passed away Saturday, October 16, 2021, after numerous, courageous battles with cancer, in Canton, Ohio. She was born in Canton, Ohio, on August 18, 1952, to the late Robert and Myra (Lewers) Schoonover. Christine graduated from Jackson Memorial High School in 1970, Massillon, Ohio, and Midlands Technical College in 1993, South Carolina, where she earned an Associate Degree In Business Accounting, as well as Outstanding Student Awards. She served four years with the Army Reserve at Fort Jackson, South Carolina, where she qualified with an M-16 and was also awarded the Army Achievement Medal. Christine retired from Blue Cross / Blue Sheild where she earned numerous Employee of the Month awards. Christine is survived by her children, Toni DeLong (Scott) and Gregory Salla. She had four grandchildren, five great grandchildren, one niece and four nephews. She also leaves behind three sisters; Lynn Maxheimer, Robin Ferguson and Nancy Hanlan (E. Gordon).
