Carole Ann (Hickey) Spicer, 75 of Massillon, passed away unexpectedly at home on March 10, 2021. She was born on March 6, 1946 in Massillon to Robert and Martha (Omicinski) Hickey. Carole was a 1964 graduate of Central Catholic High School. She retired from Eaton Corp. and then worked with Faith in Action. She had a sweet and gentle disposition, and she so loved her years at Faith in Action, assembling volunteers for tasks to perform and working with the client families. She was dedicated to her family. She had spent most of her life serving others. She is survived by her son, Aaron Spicer; grandchildren, Storm Spicer and Millena Spicer and her husband Nicholas Kling from North Carolina; and sisters, Kathleen Green, Jeanne Hickey of North Carolina and Paula Hickey of Maryland. In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by her husband Timothy F. Spicer. Friends and family will gather at the Paquelet Funeral Home on Saturday, March 27, 2021 from 3pm to 4:30pm, with a Memorial Service held at 4:30pm led by Fr. Thomas Cebula. Facebook Live Streaming Continuing with COVID-19 precautions, all attending will be asked to follow proper social distancing protocol and masks are required.
